Building AI is easy. Building AI that people actually want to use is the real magic. I design AI that explains itself work beautifully, and always keep the user in mind.

Three ways we work

consulting cadence · practical, not abstract
I.

Frame the question

Map the business signal, the people involved, and the decisions that need better design.

  • Opportunity diagnosis with user journeys and risk points
  • Decision map that keeps leaders aligned
  • Priority model for a practical next move
Discovery · 1–2 wksPlan
II.

Design the system

Turn scattered workflows into a clear operating model your team can use.

  • Service patterns for critical moments in the journey
  • Design-language foundations with accessible defaults
  • Prototype and test loop to narrow the design
Prototype · 4–6 wksShape
III.

Help it work

Create the operating rhythm that keeps good decisions moving after launch.

  • Team enablement with practical AI and UX guidance
  • Delivery rituals that connect research and strategy
  • Measurement cadence to learn from outcomes

I’m a design leader who works at the point where decisions get difficult: AI systems, workflows, teams, and product strategy. I read the shapes of a problem, test the constraints, and turn complexity into a set of useful, human options.

My work is grounded in research, service design, accessible production systems, and the ethics of intelligent software. I care less about spectacle and more about whether people can understand, trust, and act on a better decision.

That has shaped projects across pharma, logistics, fintech, education, and public-interest design. The outcome is usually the same: a more useful interface, a more durable team practice, and a path from confusion to momentum.

“The difference was that everyone knew what the system was for.”
